Sealed tenders clearly marked “Marina Parking Lot & Other Waterfront Landscaping Projects” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Municipal office (8707 Main Street) up to 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday, August 6, 2014.  Tenders will be opened in public at the Municipal Office at 2:00 PM on the tender closing date.
 
The Tender includes (4) work components that may be submitted for in whole or in part. The work components may be awarded all to one contractor, or separately to multiple contractors.
 
Tender documents are available electronically below, BC Bid, and/or Southern Interior Construction Association (SICA), or contact Outland Design Landscape Architects: www.outlanddesign.ca.   Should any potential bidders download the tender document(s), it is the bidders' responsibility to check for Addenda(s) that will be posted on the Town’s website.
