RESCHEDULED Large (Bulky) Items Curbside Garbage Collection
The large item Curbside pickup that was scheduled to occur on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 has been RESCHEDULED by Waste Connections of Canada with the support of the Town of Osoyoos.
NEW PICK UP DATE IS OCTOBER 13, 2020
On Tuesday, October 13, 2020 residents with curbside pick-up can put out a maximum of two (2) large items per household.
Common household items include furniture, large appliances and mattresses.
MAX WEIGHT: 90 kg / 200 lbs per item.
- NO electronics (TVs, computers, etc) will be collected - return these items to the Osoyoos Bottle Depot.
- NO renovation waste - including toilets, bathtubs, plumbing, carpet*
- NO appliances with FREON - fridges, air conditioners or freezers*
- NO gas powered motors - lawn mowers, weed eaters, etc.*
Place your items out by 7:00am on Tuesday, October 13.
Please note pick up may occur over a span of a couple of days depending on volume.
